About HayYard LLC

Long before the valley was named for anything electronic, it was orchards — apricot, plum, cherry — and in late winter a few survivor trees in Santa Clara backyards still go white and pink for a week just to prove it. HayYard LLC works those yards in the wet months, when the rains push the grass back into growth and everything needs cutting again sooner than expected. A mow on damp ground is slower work; it wants a sharper blade, a lighter pass and a real cleanup afterward so no clumps are left to yellow the turf. Done right, the lawn comes out of winter thick instead of patchy. Mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup, straight through the growing season.
