About Perez Landscaping

Late summer on the Eastside, the day's heat lets go slowly and the sidewalks give it back until dark. Perez Landscaping keeps its rounds through those long evenings — grass cut, borders trimmed, the yard cleared of the dry leaves that pile against fences by August. Between Milpas Street and the foothills the lots sit close together and every lawn is part of the neighbor's view, so a good edge is a kind of courtesy. There is real satisfaction in a small yard that turns out sharp: even nap on the grass, a clean line at the driveway, nothing left in the gutter. That is the whole ambition, repeated week after week.
