About Central Coast Outdoor Living & Pergolas

In the Funk Zone the small green courtyards sit between old warehouses, catching a rectangle of sun for a few hours before the buildings take it back. Evening brings the freight horn up from the tracks and the smell of salt two blocks off the water, and that is a fine hour to be finishing a lawn. Central Coast Outdoor Living & Pergolas mows, edges and trims these city lawns around Santa Barbara and sweeps the pavement clean at the end. Tight ground asks for precision — a straight edge along brick, corners trimmed by hand, not a blade of grass left on the stone. Small does not mean careless; a courtyard cut well makes the whole block feel tended.
