About Arborist United

The old blocks of Santa Ana hold the shade — Floral Park's canopy closes overhead, and every June the jacarandas repaint the sidewalks underneath it. Tree care in this city is mostly the long game: reading a crown, opening it where it has crowded itself, catching the trouble that shows in the leaves before it ever shows in a limb. Pruning is done with the winds in mind, the same ones that carry this town's name down the canyons each fall. Tree health work means tending the root zone and cutting only what has to be cut; tree removal is what is left when a tree has finished its life above a driveway. Along the river trail and back in the neighborhoods the aim doesn't change — trees that stand, and stand well.
