About Leonel Landscaping

San Simeon sits where Highway 1 leaves the Big Sur cliffs behind, a stretch of wind-combed coast with Hearst Castle watching from the hill above. Each winter the elephant seals haul out at Piedras Blancas to have their pups, and on the open ranch hills you can sometimes spot zebras grazing, descendants of Hearst's old menagerie. Leonel Landscaping looks after lawns and yards in this salt-air country, mowing, trimming and clearing away what the sea wind tosses around. Fog drifts in, sun breaks out, and the grass here keeps its own unhurried schedule. A trimmed lawn by the ocean, under open Pacific light, is a lovely thing to keep.
