About Fortino's Landscaping

Highway 92 climbs out of San Mateo toward the coast, and in a wet January the fog pours back down that notch and sits over the western neighborhoods all morning. Fortino's Landscaping schedules around it, catching the breaks between storms to cut, edge and clear before the ground goes soft again. Regular service covers mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, fertilization, aeration and cleanup with the cuttings removed. Winter rain makes the grass run, and staying ahead of it is the whole job that time of year; summer keeps a steadier, drier rhythm. San Mateo and the towns tucked against the hills are on the route.
