About Felipe Sanchez Landscaping and Maintenance

Traffic on the 78 starts stacking up around six, but the work day here begins before that, when the air coming off the hills is still cool enough to make mowing easy. Felipe Sanchez Landscaping and Maintenance moves through San Marcos in that early window — cutting, trimming around trees and fences, edging walks, raking out beds before the heat leans in. Yards in this valley go from lush to thirsty in a matter of weeks once summer settles, so maintenance is mostly about never falling behind. The satisfaction is in the handoff: somebody comes home at dusk to a yard that was handled while they were gone. Nothing left to do but water it and sit in it.
