About Pacific Outdoor Living

Salt air reaches the yards above Shell Beach and Avila, and grass raised in it grows slow, dense and unhurried — nothing like the fast inland flush. Pacific Outdoor Living carries San Luis Obispo lawn care down to that coast side, mowing, edging, trimming and hauling off every clipping so the walks stay clear. The fog can sit until noon out there, so the crew works with the damp rather than against it, and the cut lines come up sharp once the sun finally breaks through. Fertilizing on a sensible schedule keeps color in turf that spends half its mornings in grey light. There is something plainly good about a trim green yard with the Pacific two blocks downhill.
