About JZ GREEN LANDSCAPE INC

On the flats near Marina Faire the marine layer can hold until almost eleven, and then the sun breaks through all at once and the wet grass starts to steam. We usually work straight through that turn — mowing, edging, string trimming, clippings loaded up — so the yard is finished and the gate is shut by the time it is properly warm. Soil this close to the Bay runs heavy, so we aerate to get air and rain down to the roots, then overseed the bare ground in the cool months. Weeds get handled early, and fertilizer goes down when the grass can genuinely use it. Visit after visit, the lawn holds its color into the dry stretch.
