About Ericson's Landscaping and Gardening Services

Up on the Bay-O-Vista slope the lots tilt west, and on a clear morning you can see most of the Bay from somebody's front lawn. Hill grass is its own puzzle: it dries at the crown, holds water at the toe, and asks for a mower handled with respect. We cut across the grade, edge the retaining walls and steps by hand, trim the banks, and feed the turf so its color holds through the long dry stretch. When the winter rain finally arrives we aerate and overseed wherever the ground has gone thin. Steep or flat, the finished line along the walk comes out the same.
