About Effective Cleaning, LLC

San Leandro grew up among cherry orchards, and the older streets around Estudillo Estates still keep their share of big shade trees. Come October those trees let go all at once. We arrive with rakes, blowers and tarps — beds cleared, lawns raked out, leaf litter taken off the sidewalk and carried away — then bring the mower down for an even cut before the wet months settle in. Through the rest of the year it is steady mowing, edging, string trimming and weed control on a set route. A lawn you can walk barefoot across is the whole point of the exercise.
