About Westack Landscaping

March in the Rose Garden neighborhood smells like wet stone and new grass, the rain coming through in bursts between mornings so clear you can see the whole ridge line from The Alameda. Lawns in these older streets sit behind low hedges and deep porches, and they grow fast in that first warm week. Westack Landscaping works them on the dry days — mowing, edging the long straight walks, trimming close where turf runs up to brick and tile. A finished yard here looks like it belongs to the house, which is the entire point of doing it carefully. Spring in this part of San Jose is short and generous, and it is worth meeting with a sharp blade.
