About Buy Some Grass

A bare rectangle of graded dirt in a west San Jose backyard is a promise waiting on one delivery. Buy Some Grass lays it in — sod set tight seam to seam, edges trimmed to the bed lines, the first watering done before the truck pulls off the curb. After that comes the mowing, the edging, and the cleanups that keep new turf from being a one-week wonder. Spring is the good window in this valley, before the summer heat sets its jaw. Two weeks on, it stops looking laid and starts looking grown.
