About Spade Gardens & Landscaping

Noe Valley catches an extra hour of sun most days, and the stair-streets off Sanchez are lined with front yards no bigger than a table. Spade Gardens & Landscaping mows and shapes those small lawns, where every inch is in view and nothing can hide behind a hedge. The tools are simple; the standard is not — level cut, square corners, a trimmed strip along the fence that runs true from gate to gate. March is the best of it, when the grass comes back thick after the rains and one pass changes the whole front of a house. Sweep the walk, latch the gate, and the block looks a little better than it did at breakfast.
