About Lakian Landscapes

Bernal Hill turns gold by June and green again after the first real rain, and the yards stacked below it keep that same calendar on a smaller scale. Lakian Landscapes works those short, tilted blocks off Cortland, where a lawn is often the size of a good rug and every edge is in plain view. Mowing here is a matter of angles — a strip beside the stairs, a square behind the garage, grass that wants to be cut straight on ground that refuses to be. The reward comes when the mower shuts off and the line along the walkway reads clean all the way from the sidewalk. Through the wet months the grass grows fast between storms, and the work simply keeps pace with it.
