About CK Management Systems

A property looks after itself for about a week, then it starts to show. CK Management Systems runs on that clock — a standing rotation of mowing, edging, hedge and shrub trimming, bed weeding, leaf and debris removal and seasonal cleanups, so a courtyard or a strip of common green is never allowed to slip. Between SoMa's inner blocks and the residential streets around them, the grounds people actually walk past every morning are the ones worth keeping sharp. The work is cumulative rather than dramatic: same corners, same edges, week after week, until a place simply always looks right. Grounds maintenance across San Francisco and the towns down the Peninsula.
