About Greenway Landscape Design Office

In Kensington the jacarandas drop their purple in June, and the morning stays soft and gray until the sun finally leans through around ten. Greenway Landscape Design Office works those hours — mowing while the grass still holds the night's moisture, edging the long walks that run from Adams Avenue back into the shade of old pepper trees. The blades stripe cool and even, the borders come up clean against the concrete, and by the time the light turns hard the yard is already finished. It is unfussy work, done in order, on lawns that have watched the same street for a lifetime. San Diego rewards a steady hand: here the grass never truly sleeps, and neither does the care it asks for.
