Sea's Edge Landscaping

About Sea's Edge Landscaping

Along the bluff above the Beach Trail the ice plant runs right up to the property lines, and the yards there take weather no inland lawn ever meets — constant wind, salt in the fog, soil that drains like a sieve. Sea's Edge Landscaping keeps those places looking intentional: mowing and edging on schedule, trimming what the wind has torn, planting the low, tough coastal material that holds a slope without blocking the water view. Rinsing salt off foliage after a hard onshore blow is part of the job here, not an extra. There is a particular hour, just before the light goes copper over the ocean, when a bluff-top yard finished that morning looks exactly right. Working this close to the surf takes stubbornness, and the results are worth the stubbornness.
