About Alvarez Lawn Service (Lic# 73644)

Where the river bends around the Pocket, the levee runs high above the yards and the light comes in long and low across the lawns below. Alvarez Lawn Service keeps those lawns on schedule — mowed, edged, trimmed at the fence line, raked out and hauled clean. Valley summers ask a lot of turf, so the cut goes high in July and the pattern shifts week to week to keep the blades standing. Come November the sycamores let go all at once and the work turns to leaves. There is real satisfaction in a yard that looks handled, and that is what gets left at every stop.
