Perez Lawn Service

About Perez Lawn Service

Winter mornings in Roseville come in slowly, tule fog lying low along the Dry Creek greenbelt until the sun finds a hole to burn through. Perez Lawn Service is out in that hour, mower down, the first stripe laid across a wet lawn while the air is still cold enough to see. Working here means knowing valley clay — how it holds February rain and bakes hard by July — and letting each month set the pace of the work. Mowing, edging, trimming and clearing away every clipping, until a yard reads as deliberate again right down to the line where turf meets driveway. The best moment is the last pass, when the blower goes quiet and the walk is clean enough that someone notices without knowing why.
