Immanuel’s tree service

About Immanuel’s tree service

In Rosamond the wind gets to the trees first, and it prunes badly — one-sided crowns, torn collars, a mulberry leaning east because that is the direction the Tehachapi gaps send the air. Immanuel's tree service works those desert yards where every tree was planted on purpose and carried through by somebody with a hose. Trimming out here means balancing a crown so the next gust passes through it, and pruning means cutting for the shade a west-facing wall is going to need in July. Removals come when heat and rot have hollowed a trunk until it can no longer hold itself over a fence or a driveway. After a hard blow off the dry lake, cleanup is a matter of hauling the broken wood out and leaving the gravel swept.
