About River Lawn Services

The Stanislaus runs along the north edge of town, and down at Jacob Myers Park the cottonwoods hold the sound of it all summer. River Lawn Services takes its name from that water and works the lawns above it — mowing, edging, trimming and clearing yards of whatever comes down. Riverbank sits where valley farmland meets the river bottom, so a yard here catches everything from cottonwood fluff in June to leaf fall in November. Regular visits are what keep a lawn ahead of all that. When the mower shuts off, the quiet that follows a well-cut lawn is not far from the quiet at the water.
