About Greener choices landscaping

Fog slides up the Eel River most mornings and hangs in the redwoods long past sunrise, and that soft gray light is when Rio Dell's lawns look their greenest. Greener choices landscaping works those hours — mowing, edging, and hauling off the season's growth from yards along Wildwood Avenue and the streets that climb above the river bar. Winter on this stretch of the North Coast arrives as rain, weeks of it, and grass here never really stops growing, so keeping it in line is patient, regular work. There is real satisfaction in a clean edge against a wet walk, a small green square set right before the fog lifts. From Rio Dell down the valley toward Fortuna and out to Ferndale, that is the shape of the day.
