About New Bloom Gardening

In February, Wildcat Creek runs loud through Alvarado Park at the mouth of the canyon, and everything downhill of it is greening at once. New Bloom Gardening tends Richmond gardens through that rush — mowing, edging, trimming back hedges and beds, raking out the borders and clearing the debris away. A garden that gets its early attention comes into spring open and breathing, the beds visible again and the lawn cut to one level height. It is small, patient work, and the result shows from the sidewalk. The same rounds reach El Sobrante, San Pablo and Kensington.
