About Lorenzo's Landscaping & Gardening

The road through the hill into Point Richmond opens on a morning the color of oyster shell, and the day's first lawn is already waiting. Lorenzo's Landscaping & Gardening mows, edges and trims yards across Richmond, and takes the clippings with it when it goes. A cut done right here holds its shape for days: the grass even underfoot, the strip along the sidewalk drawn straight as a snapped chalk line. This is a town that climbs from the shoreline up into the hills, so no two lots sit at the same angle or catch the same light, and the mower learns each one by heart. By the time the gray burns off the Bay, the whole block reads as looked-after, which is the entire reason for the early start.
