About Builders and Maintainers LLC

North of Baseline the land opens out flat where the old municipal airport ran, and Rialto keeps writing new streets across it. Builders and Maintainers LLC takes properties from bare dirt to kept ground — grading a yard into shape, putting in lawn and plantings, then staying on for the mowing, edging and trimming that hold it there. February suits the work: rain has softened the soil, the peaks stand up sharp behind the rooftops, and anything planted has months to root before the heat arrives. A finished frontage in this town should look intentional — a straight edge along the walk, an even sweep of green, mulch tucked to the drip line. That first cared-for yard on a new block tends to set the tone for the rest.
