About Peninsula Lawn care

East of Woodside Road the land flattens and gives itself to the Bay, and the light that comes up over Bair Island in the morning is the first thing to touch a lawn out here. Peninsula Lawn care works that side of Redwood City, where salt air softens the grass and the tide moves through the sloughs a few blocks from the front hedge. Mowing, edging, string trimming along fence lines, weed control, feeding, aeration and the haul-away afterward — the ordinary rounds that keep a yard reading crisp from the sidewalk. There is real satisfaction in the last pass of the mower, in the shadow-line an edger leaves where turf meets concrete. By the time the fog lifts off the ridge behind them, the block looks tended.
