About Jake's Landscaping & Tree Services

Wind funnels down Crow Canyon Road most afternoons, moving through the sycamores and testing every branch that has grown out past its strength. Jake's Landscaping & Tree Services works with that in mind, thinning and trimming the trees that lean over a lawn and then cutting the grass beneath them clean. Shade and turf are always negotiating, so a well-timed trim lets light down onto a lawn that had been going thin and patchy. Mowing, edging and the haul-off of every limb and leaf finish the visit, because a job is not done while the pile is still on the driveway. The best hour is the one right after, when the yard is open, level and swept, and the wind moves through it without knocking anything loose.
