About Mirage Property Maintenance LLC

Anyone who has driven Redding in July knows the shimmer that stands up off the asphalt at two in the afternoon and turns the far end of a parking lot into water. Mirage Property Maintenance LLC works through those hours and the softer ones on either side, holding lawns and grounds to a steady schedule — mowing, edging, trimming along fences and curbs, blowing the walkways clean. The pleasure is in coming back to the same property week after week and never letting it slip, so it looks tended rather than rescued. By evening, when the heat finally lets go and the sprinklers tick on, the place looks the way its owner pictured it. Homes and commercial grounds across Redding, Anderson and Shasta Lake.
