Poppy Exteriors

About Poppy Exteriors

In March the chaparral slopes around Rancho Santa Fe flare orange with California poppies, a short season of pure color that Poppy Exteriors takes as a standing challenge. If the hills can do that unattended, a yard with weekly attention ought to do more. So the crew mows, edges, weeds, and trims, keeping lawns dense and borders sharp through the bloom and long after it fades. Cleanups clear away what winter left; steady care carries the green into the dry heart of summer. The aim is a yard that makes you slow down the way a hillside of poppies does — briefly, gladly, on your own street.
