About Plantology design plants and more

Late afternoon on Paseo Delicias, the village of Rancho Santa Fe settles into its longest light, and every planting bed along the walks shows the hours put into it. Plantology design plants and more works in that spirit: lawns mowed and edged, beds planted and turned, shrubs shaped until the whole yard reads as a single thought. The pleasure is in composition — where the green ends, where the flowers begin, how a path draws the eye toward a door. Around the village and out along the winding roads, each property gets its own arrangement. When the light goes amber and the day's work is swept up, the garden looks like it grew that way on purpose — because it did.
