About Sam's Landscaping & irregation system

South of the tracks, out toward the Ontario line, the soil turns tight and hardpan and water develops opinions about where it will and will not sink in. Sam's Landscaping & irregation system begins most jobs by walking the zones, heads, valves, timer, coverage, before a mower ever comes off the trailer. Irrigation work, sprinkler repair and adjustment, then mowing, edging, trimming, weeding and cleanups layered on top of it. Getting the water right first makes everything after it easier, and the lawn stops fighting the ground it is planted in. First light, the hiss of heads coming on, and a yard that finally drinks evenly all the way across.
