About Schiager's Lawn Service

February in Rancho Cordova is rain on the roof at night and a lawn that has gone the color of straw, waiting. Schiager's Lawn Service knows that waiting is temporary — dormant turf still wants edges held, beds kept weed-free, and debris off it before the wet packs everything flat. When warmth returns, mowing goes back on schedule, fertilizer feeds the green up out of the brown, and overseeding fills whatever winter thinned. Through summer the cut is regular and the trimming is close, with sprinklers watched so nothing scorches along the hot side of the house. It is steady, year-round attention, and it shows most in the weeks nobody expects a lawn to look good.
