Laans Tree Care

About Laans Tree Care

After a winter rain in Ramona the air goes sharp and clean, the granite shows dark in the hillsides, and the oaks around Dos Picos drip all morning. Laans Tree Care favors that stretch of the year for pruning: the structure is easy to read, the cuts are easy to place, and a tree shaped in the cool months puts its growth where you asked it to. The rest of the year runs to clearance trimming above driveways and vineyard rows, deadwood taken high in the canopy, and removal for trees that have stopped holding themselves up. Storm cleanup here arrives with wind more often than water — split limbs carried off, drives opened up, ground left flat. The measure of a day is simple: the yard is clear, the light falls where it should, and the tree looks like it was never touched.
