About The Junk Transporter

When the Santa Anas run through Ramona in the fall, they strip the yards and leave the mess behind for somebody to deal with. The Junk Transporter is that somebody — yard waste and debris hauled off, brush piles cleared, and grounds put back in order once the load is gone. Trailers head down the Highway 67 grade full and come back empty, which is more or less the shape of the workday. A cleared lot has a particular look to it: flat, open, ready, as though the property just exhaled. Hauling and cleanups for Ramona homes and acreage, one load at a time.
