Sunset Landscape

About Sunset Landscape

Late in the day the boulders on Mount Woodson catch the last of the sun and go the color of a peach, and Poway eases into the long blue hour that follows. Sunset Landscape spends its own hours the other way around, cutting and edging and trimming while the morning is still cool, so the yard is ready to hold that evening light. A clean edge along a driveway is not decoration — it is the line that lets the whole lawn read from the sidewalk. Clippings blown off the walk, the curb strip finished as carefully as the center, the gate latched on the way out. Come sundown the grass looks like it belongs to the hills standing behind it.
