JC'S Tree Service

About JC'S Tree Service

East of Porterville the land tilts up toward Lake Success, and the blue oaks take the hillsides in their scattered, unhurried way. JC'S Tree Service works that rising edge and the town beneath it, trimming for clearance where branches lean over a roofline and pruning young trees into a shape they can carry for decades. Spring holds the foothills green for only a few weeks; that window is good for the heavier removals, before the grass cures gold and the heat settles in for the season. After a hard blow the calls are about limbs on fences and across the drive, and cleanup means taking all of it away, down to the sawdust. The reward is a yard that opens up — more sky, more light on the grass, and a tree left standing that finally looks like itself.
