Stand on the north edge of town on a clear winter morning and Mount Diablo sits up there like a held note, sharp above the rooftops, the air washed out by the last storm. TriValley Landscape works the full turn of that year: cutting through the green months when grass will not stop, pruning while the trees are bare, mulching before the heat locks in, and easing the water back as the light gets long. Along the Iron Horse Trail corridor and out through the neighborhoods, the work is mostly repetition done attentively, mowing and edging, beds kept clear, plants put in where something failed. Nothing about it is dramatic, and that is precisely the point. A landscape looked after all year never has to be rescued.
