LandCare

About LandCare

Seven on a Monday morning, and the long streets through the Hacienda offices are still dark with water from the night's irrigation cycle while the first cars roll in. LandCare keeps that hour tidy: turf cut on schedule, parking-lot islands trimmed back off the curb, mulch topped up, entry beds looking deliberate rather than accidental. Grounds work at this scale is a rhythm more than a project, the same rounds repeating until a property simply reads as looked after. Between the commercial sites the crews take on homes and homeowner-association grounds across town with the same routine. There is a particular pleasure in arriving before everyone else and leaving no evidence but the result.
