About Jose Villalobos Gardening Services

Spring comes fast to Placerville — one good week of March sun and the grass along Hangtown Creek is suddenly ankle-high and climbing. Jose Villalobos Gardening Services keeps ahead of it, mowing and trimming yards from the streets near downtown out to the lots that back onto the trees. This is hand work in a hilly town: string trimmers on the banks, careful edges around fences and beds, everything raked and hauled when the cut is done. By summer the hills go quiet and gold, and the tended yards stay green in their squares. It is a simple promise, kept weekly.
