About #2Crew
Highway 88 climbs through Pine Grove on its way to the high country, and the mowing here starts before the traffic does. #2Crew works the yards tucked between ponderosa and black oak, where a lawn is a small green clearing held open against the timber. The job is plain and exacting: an even cut, a hard edge along the drive, clippings gathered rather than flung off into the duff. When the sun finally tops the ridge, the grass is short, the walks are blown bare, and the truck is already rolling toward the next gate. That is the whole pleasure of it, one address at a time.
