Goodman’s landscape

About Goodman’s landscape

There are January mornings in Perris when the air comes up scrubbed clean and Mount San Jacinto stands east of the valley with snow on it, close enough to seem like a neighbor. Down on the floor it is fifty degrees, the grass is growing slowly, and that is its own kind of season with its own kind of work. Goodman's landscape adjusts to it: mowing on a longer interval, keeping the edges true, staying after the cool-season weeds that quietly take advantage, clearing what the winter wind pushes into the corners. Yards are maintained in Perris, Nuevo, Homeland and Sun City. Tend a lawn through the slow months and it comes into spring already ahead.
