About J & S Tree Service & Landscape

Shade is currency in a San Joaquin Valley summer, and J & S Tree Service & Landscape works where the shade meets the grass. A Patterson yard at its best is canopy and lawn in balance — trees opened up so light reaches the turf, turf kept trim so the whole picture holds together. The crew tends both layers, from the crowns that soften the afternoon sun to the green floor beneath them. In fall, when the street trees let go and leaves bank against the fences, the cleanup rounds begin. Standing under a well-kept tree on a cool, mowed lawn in August, you understand exactly what the work is for.
