Grass and Turf Installers

About Grass and Turf Installers

June mornings in Pasadena open under a low gray ceiling that burns off by ten, which makes them a fine hour to start moving base rock. Grass and Turf Installers put in lawn both ways it comes — sod laid over graded, prepared soil, and synthetic turf cut, seamed and infilled for the yards that have given up on the hose. Back yards with dogs, front strips baked hard by the afternoon, the shaded patch beside the garage where seed never once took. The measuring and grading eat the day; then the last roll goes down and there is suddenly a lawn where there was dirt. The kids usually find it before the tools are loaded.
