About Al's Construction & Landscape

The Santa Rosa Mountains take the first light of the day in a slow wash of rose, and by then the mowers are already off the trailer on the streets below Portola Avenue. Al's Construction & Landscape works Palm Desert lawns in that early window, when the air still holds a little cool and the overspray hasn't burned off the concrete yet. Mowing, edging, trimming, feeding, staying ahead of weeds — a short list done in the right order, week after week, until the grass learns the rhythm. There is real satisfaction in a lawn that reads crisp against decomposed granite, every border cut clean where green meets stone. Come afternoon the valley goes white with heat, and the yards left behind hold their shape anyway.
