About Stillwater Landscaping

In October the monarchs come back to Pacific Grove, folding themselves by the thousands into the groves at the edge of town. Stillwater Landscaping keeps its own kind of quiet here. Lawns are mowed in the still hour after sunrise, before the beam from Point Pinos has fully given way to daylight; beds are turned, borders trimmed, leaves gathered while the town is at breakfast. The name is the method — unhurried, even work that leaves a yard looking settled rather than merely serviced. In a town that measures its seasons in butterflies, that steadiness fits.
