Oxnard Landscapers

About Oxnard Landscapers

Out at Channel Islands Harbor the masts click all morning and the air carries salt a half mile inland, which is exactly the air these lawns grow in. Oxnard Landscapers cuts, edges and trims through those blocks and the ones behind them, holding turf tight where sand and sea wind are always working the other direction. Fertilizer timing, weed control and aeration get set to the coast's mild, foggy pattern rather than to any inland calendar. On clear afternoons Anacapa sits low on the water past the jetty, and the finished yards look their best then, short and even with a hard line along the driveway. The truck pulls away and there is nothing left to sweep.
