Quentin's Quality Yard & Garden Services

About Quentin's Quality Yard & Garden Services

August dusk in Oroville is when the gardens finally exhale — roses that sulked all afternoon lift again, and the smell of hot dust gives way to cut grass and water on warm concrete. Quentin's Quality Yard & Garden Services works toward that hour: mowing and edging, yes, but also the slower business of a garden, deadheading, thinning, weeding beds by hand, coaxing borders back into shape. Shrubs get trimmed with an eye to what they'll look like in a month rather than tonight. The yard and the garden are treated as one continuous thing, cut line to bed line, with nothing left ragged in between. It's the kind of care that shows most in the evening, when people are actually out in it.
