Gold Country Lawn Care

About Gold Country Lawn Care

The country east of Oroville still carries its old name honestly — gold in the creek gravel, the Bidwell Bar bridge cables strung above the water, red dirt under the blue oaks. Gold Country Lawn Care works the yards carved into that ground, where a lawn ends in decomposed granite and the grade never quite lies flat. Mowing on a slope takes patience, and so does trimming the tall grass where the yard gives way to the oaks and the star thistle. Edges are cut, walks are cleared, and the cut material is loaded out instead of raked into the trees. A foothill lot handled this way looks deliberate — tamed right up to the line where the wild country begins again.
