Elam Land Management

About Elam Land Management

Below the great earthen sweep of Oroville Dam, the Feather River slips out of the foothills onto the valley floor, and flat-topped Table Mountain rises to the north of town. In March that mesa erupts in wildflowers and seasonal waterfalls, and every pasture and back lot around Oroville shoots up green almost overnight. Elam Land Management keeps that growth in hand, mowing, clearing, and managing land so acreage stays usable and the grass doesn't outrun the season. By June the hills have turned gold and dry, and a property that's been kept down and tidied looks settled and ready for a long Butte County summer. Open ground, cut back right, has a beauty all its own.
